Flying High

I learned how to fly before I could drive.  Growing up during the space race I always wanted to go into outer space.  The closest I got was 59,000 feet on the Concorde where the curvature of the earth was apparent and the blue to black sky emerged.

When I saw this picture today it only reinforced what I’ve missed.  Six billion people below with none to be seen.  Maybe some day.
