Mounting a New Horse

It’s looking more and more than the horse that got President Obama into the stretch run of his first year in office, Sir Healthcare Reform, has come up lame.   Time to mount a new horse.

This horse appears to be A Lotta Jobs.  And it will be on display at tonight’s State of the Union Address.

If the pundits are right, tonight we are going to hear about jobs, jobs, jobs and tax cuts, including small employer tax credits for new hires, elimination of capital-gains taxes on investments in small businesses and tax breaks for new capital equipment purchases.  Wait a minute…I thought Scott Brown was only elected Senator of Massachusetts, not President of the United States?

A Lotta Jobs looks like a good horse and is certainly ready to run.  The track is fast.

We just need to be certain that it isn’t a Trojan Horse.
