Using Your Leverage

Did you notice what happened when Notre Dame fired their gridiron CEO Charlie Weiss last Sunday?  All of the immediate speculation on his replacement was centered on coaches who were successful this season.

It didn’t matter that this was the first year they had a winning record – the point was it was this year.

In this what-have-you-done-for-me-lately world you are most in demand when you are being successful.

Use that to your advantage in managing your career.
